Detcon infrared sensors are designed
to detect and monitor combustible hydrocarbon gases
in the lower explosive limit range (%LEL). The sensors
utilize a non-dispersive, miniature plug-in detector
assembly that contains an IR light source, an active
wideband pyroelectric detector and a reference pyroelectric
detector.
